There are a few things you must note:
- Please try to resolve your issue(s) with our support team by creating a support ticket or through live chat before submitting the refund request. (It’s not a must, though. If you don’t want to explain, it’s completely okay!)
- Our refunds will not include the payment gateway charges incurred on your payment. For example, the amount you have paid is $100, and if the gateway (Stripe/PayPal standard rates) charged $2 for the payment, the amount you will be eligible for the refund would be $98 only.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase.
- No refunds will be granted for subscription renewal payments.
